ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications:
Female
Bachelor's Degree
Preferably has at least (1) year work experience in the same field
You are the main point of contact of clients
Addressing customer complaints and queries of clients
Upselling or cross-selling products and services and approaching new customers/clients
Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
Pass on conflict issues to immediate head when needed
Makes Statement of Account when needed.
Responsible for sending announcements to clients' via email.
Responsible for sending client's loan voucher.
Float Collections of Salary, Bonuses and others.
Responsible for the Loan Application list.
Responsible on forwarding loan applications to branches thru email.
Responsible on recording the filled out requirement forms (GIS, Loan applications/PN/LUMPSUM) of clients.
Honest, reliable and trustworthy
Performs other assign task from time-to-time.
