Description
Responsibilities:
-Responsible in managing and handling concession accounts
-Ensure concession sales target is met
-Research potential leads to develop new projects, prospects, and opportunities
-Monitoring and overseeing of activities in line with the operation and sales management of the retail concession; evaluate data information necessary for management to make decision and propose measure to procure positive improvement from the concession
-Examine concession performance and suggest strategic plans towards improving concession accounts
-Ensure client satisfaction by knowing/ understanding the problem and recommending solution
-Conduct store visits; check inventory and discrepancies on items
-Submit various reports as required by the department head and management
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any business related course
-With at least 4 years of previous experience in retail industry
-Knowledgeable in handling sales
-Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skill
-High level of self management and motivation
-Must be willing to do field work
