Job Functions:
• Promote the group insurance products of the Company.
• Generate leads, convert into proposal, and close the deal to meet the assigned premium target.
• Do sales administrative works and track progress of transactions.
• Provide accurate production reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor the actual production per source.
• Build productive business relationship with brokers, agents and clients through delivery of quality
service.
• Act and provide feedback on client concerns.
• Provide efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other support units.
Job Requirements:
• University graduate with a degree preferably in any Business related course.
• At three (3) years of insurance sales work experience.
