Manulife Philippine's Partnership Distribution Teamisseeking a self-motivated Account Officer for Bank Partnership, who is obsessed with delivering value,isforward-thinking, and excited to see the successful client partnerships through the products and services that we offer.
Responsibilities:
Engage and build rapport and good relationship with HSBC Bank Partnership to be able to be Top of mind and Insurance of choice for HSBC customers. They are responsible to drive sales and hit APE / Case Count target of handled HSBC branches.
Be responsible for promoting the referral program, driving sales and maintaining strong business relationships.
Not be the one responsible for closing the sale but he/she needs to be able to promote our products efficiently to HSBC RMs and Insurance Specialists of the bank and have a good relationship with them to be able to be the Product of choice for their customers.
Deliver your required APE monthly, quarterly and Full Year target/plan.
Conduct Manulife product presentations to bank personnel and bank clients if requested by HSBC.
Establish and manage strong relationships with branch personnel.
Oversee all other administrative and servicing related tasks to ensure customer fulfilment.

What we are looking for
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
Work experience in bancassurance sales is hig hly preferred for this position but those with sales and customer service experience gained from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, pre-need, hospitality and recruitment industries are also encouraged to apply.
Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills
Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job in Insurance or Financial Institution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
