Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and understand the graph from sales and customer service
• Perform client visits to get feedback, manage client expectations and collect data
• Come up with improvement plan and promotions to maintain existing clients and increase the number of
clients
• Hear client complaints in terms of technical issues, marketing promotions, customer service quality
• Ensure the timely perform proper action when it comes to escalated issues that arise regarding the delivery
of services to the clients
• Builds customer base by meeting with existing clients and educating them on the benefits of our
services/products including new promotions and features
• Create weekly reports and meeting minutes
• Collaborate with CEO Office, Sales and Marketing to improve service and increase clients
• Conduct weekly check-ins internally (account team) and externally (with client) to manage all ongoing tasks,
issues and points of communication at a client's account
• Understand the client's business, in order to:
• Understand implications of decisions made on the day-to-day business
• Identify any potential pitfalls or issues that will impact the client in the short-term or long-term, even if the
client has not explicitly called it out as an issue
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
