Degree Holder
B2B IT Industry Account Management Experience for at least 1 year
B2B Sales Experience
Customer Service Experience
Advance Problem Solving Skills
Organizational Skills
Strong Communication Skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep the Client Extremely satisfied
Make the necessary upselling and renewals by continuous communication with clients
Handle existing Customer Inbound Inquiries and convert them into additional Sales
Ensure to promote New Products, Sales Promotions and Sales Activities
Continue to build the relationship with the client
Make the necessary Sales Reports
