About the Role
The Account Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director in Australia. The role will manage a collection of the Companies accounts and provides the condute between the client and the internal stakeholders of developers and co-ordinators.
Responsibilities
Meet with Client to review last weeks activities, projects in development, upcoming projects and to set expectations for the coming week
Create Briefs on template that scopes out each project and then provide brief to selected developers to quote the project. Once quotes and timing have been received these are then reviewed and a developer appointed for the project and the client updated with Delivery dates
Produce Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly reports for clients showing key metrics and tracking against KPI's.
Onboard new clients as introduced from Sales Team and ensure they are set up with necessary reporting tools and set outcomes and expectations
Ensure all communication is conducted over approved platforms of Outlook, Monday, Whatsapp & Filestage and maintain these platorms in accordance with process standards
Proof Read all collateral in detail before it is presented to client to ensure there is no grammar or lay out issues
Acitively participate in team meetings including Daily Huddle, Weekly Continuous Improvement, Weekly Internal Client Reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Course and Experience
At least 3 Years in Marketing Account Management and 3 Years in Marketing Role
Background knowledge in Creatives including Graphics, Videography, Copywriting
Proficient in Office 365, Adobe suite, Monday, Filestage, Whatsapp, UpWork
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and project management
