Develops a business plan and sales & marketing strategies for the customer retention program and attainment of company sales target and profitability. 2. Manage the distributor business in terms of order volume and collection receivable. 3. Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets. 4. Proactively communicate and build relationship with the partners and dealers. 5. Create and implement promos which would increase penetration rate, market share, and sales volume. 6. Ensures that all sales orders closed by his/her team shall have complete documents, have been billed and collected. 7. Provides leadership and coaching to Sales team to achieve department's objective and sales growth. Conducts daily meetings prior to deployment or client meeting. 8. Enforces, implements and strictly observes rules and policies of the company that of the clients and/or other agencies involved in marketing operation and the business of the company. 9. Manage the distributor or dealer business in terms of order volume, rebates, price adjustments, incentive program and collection receivable.
