Job Description Responsibilities Solution Sales Rep is responsible for achieving company defined sales quota. As a Solution Sales Rep, you will work with a cross-functional team, build key relationships with EG customers, have the ability to engage C-level executives, and showcase Globe's innovation and technology solutions to our potential customers. SS Rep works closely with account managers to lead conversations about how ICT services can transform our customers' organizations. SS Rep also partners with other functional teams across Product, Engineering, FBA, contracts management, and Operations to ensure timely release of customer proposals, and be a facilitator of success in the customer engagement. Establish and develop functional customer relationships and go-to-market strategy to help our customers transform their enterprises through hybrid and public cloud solutions. Identify needs and use-case, innovate solutions that optimize customer potential, and identify measures of success and use data to analyze strategy success. Provide feedback to Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure Globe as Cloud Service Provider (CSP) offerings are aligned with customer needs and use-cases. Manage customer relationships, CSP touchpoints, account plans, pricing discussions, and agreement operations.
