Job Summary
You will be one of the rockstar members of our sales team responsible for assisting service providers with maximizing their new or existing listings on Expertise.com. You will need to listen to their business needs, educate them on our available upgrades, and negotiate with them to seal the right deal.
This is a work-from-home position.
Do you have more than 1-year experience making sales calls?
Can you comfortably communicate via multiple communication avenues (phone, email, SMS)?
Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to be able to make high-quality calls?
Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely?
Can you handle nightshift hours?
Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPIs?
Duties and Responsibilities
Confidently make outbound calls and send emails and text messages to businesses listed or looking to be listed on Expertise.com to convince them to buy an upgrade
Manage new and existing opportunities in your pipeline and move them through the stages toward the close
In perfect written English be able to respond by email or text messages without the need for templates
Ensure all activity and sales targets are met by monitoring your KPIs in real-time
Remember that we are looking for the number eleven
Join in daily and weekly meetings to discuss performance and issues encountered and drive improvement actions if targets are not met
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience phone sales experience
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals/KPIs
Hit 120+ activities per day (mix of phone calls, emails, and SMS) or 2.5 hours of talk time
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships and great rapport with customers
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
Prior use of Salesforce CRM system is a bonus
