• Acting as the client advocate and charged with maximizing customer satisfaction, account penetration and profitability in selected accounts, this position is directly responsible for the coordination and orchestration of all internal resources
• Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics, production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
