URGENT HIRING
 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive for LifeSmart to promote and sell our home automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of smart home technologies and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing quotations, and managing client relationships from initial consultation through post-installation support.
 
What you'll be doing
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with target accounts
Developing and implementing account management strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients
Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's commercial objectives
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
Customize proposals, including product specifications, pricing, layout diagrams, and installation timelines.
Ensure quotations are competitive and align with company pricing strategy and margin goals.
Revise quotations promptly based on client feedback or scope changes.
Providing excellent customer service and timely responses to client queries and concerns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Maintaining accurate records of all account activities and sales pipeline data
Regularly reporting on account performance, identifying growth potential and areas for improvement
What we're looking for
Male or Female
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in Home Automation industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of successfully securing new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
