ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
 
Scope of work:
Generate sales among client accounts; take care of meeting revenue targets
Acts as point of contact for assigned accounts
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Makes sure clients receive requested products and services are made in a professional and timely fashion
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out clients' goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing accounts
Coordinate and communicate with other staff working on the same account to ensure consistent and efficient service
Collaborates with Marketing Team to reach prospective clients
Serve multiple clients and meet deadlines
Keep records of client transactions
Prepare reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
With experience in interior design is required
Has more than a year of experience in account management and online selling
Has strong listening and communication skills
Has strong presentation and negotiation skills
Has strong leadership skills
Has basic knowledge of MS Office applications
