We are looking for experienced Inbound/Outbound Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. Working from your home, you will be reaching out to warm leads using the company's software to present and sell our Legal Services. You will also be attending to the customers' enquiries over the phone and/or over LinkedIn platform.
Responsibilities:
Make first interaction with potential customers to buy services creating an impact to consumers and businesses.
Sell the product by creating a "need" for potential clients highlighting the benefits and value of the services so customers can imagine what it feels like having our services.
Ensure orders are properly submitted with the right personal information of the customer, plan, and contract, and coordinate with different teams to resolve issues or requests that may arise in the beginning of the transaction.
An expert in all areas; call handling, product knowledge, objection management, sales report, processes, and even outbound skills.
Job Requirements:
2 years plus sales experience for any consumer/business type of services and/or products
Excellent customer service attitude
Above average English communication skills; Proficiency in English verbal and written skills is a must
Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
Experience with Sales / Collections background is desired
Experience selling multi-product consumer products over the phone is an advantage
Fairly Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tasks
Experience using LinkedIn is a plus
