Overall Objective:
An ambassador representing Eco Sci to customers and to the market
Responsible to maintain, manage, engage, grow and excellently service Eco Sci's existing customers
Key Accountabilities:
Achieve sales targets in terms of volume, total amount and profitability metrics for assigned accounts
Manage existing accounts and develop their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the company through establishing a strong relationship, positioning as a trusted advisor with extensive product knowledge
Identify opportunities for growth based on the account's historical orders, understanding their current and future needs, analyzing market updates and engaging in solution and feedback discussions
Research and keep abreast of developments with our customers, market and industry for use in strategic sales decisions
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with opportunities updated timely with all the relevant details
Negotiate prices and terms in compliance with sales leadership and marketing's guidance and process
Communicate and promote sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to achieve results set by sales leadership and marketing
Provide end to end customer service and overall account management to all assigned accounts
Ensure timely collection of payments working with the account and Credit and Collection departments - for due credit review and applications, support in establishing and implementing terms and providing action plan and recommendations for collection
Provide support and report to the sales leadership team
Manage adhoc tasks and projects
Embody and uphold Eco Sci's core values of Quality, Reliability and Integrity
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
College graduate (with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Communication, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, fluency in English and Filipino)
Ability to work with both customers and internal teams with humility, flexibility and a results-driven attitude
Time management - able to schedule tasks and deliverable efficiently
