Offer description
₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
• With good command of the English language.
• Completed at least 2nd year college of education (Any IT - Related courses is a plus)
• Tech support or IT Service desk background is a plus
• Technical knowledge is a plus
• Minimum of 6 months Technical Support experience (BPO or non-BPO industry) is an advantage
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends
• Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
1 year of experience
Knowledge: FreeBSD
