1. Minimum of 1 year combined experience in Recruitment Delivery and Business Development
2. Candidate should have experience doing any of the following: executive search, technical recruitment, volume recruitment, language resource hiring, etc.
3. Must be willing to work under pressure following monthly revenue quota and successful placements/referral
