Job Title: Account Executive, Corporate

About the Role: The main function of this role is to be a frontline advocate and proactive advisor for Sterling Canada's midsize programs in bringing about win-win solutions. This requires acting as a liaison between various internal departments and our customers to ensure background screening programs are running seamlessly through issue prevention and though leadership Building relationships with clients, based on trust, through insightful and meaningful engagements is the heart of this role.
This Is What You'll Do:
Serve as a consultative liaison and the primary point of escalation/engagement with specific client accounts to protect and grow revenue of the account
Proactively monitor volumes and revenue to ensure the treatment strategy is appropriate and to identify/ascertain reasons for and address significant fluctuations
Act as a customer advocate to drive improvement in the customer and candidate experience across the business
Represent Sterling well to ensure process consistency and operational efficiency wherever possible
Act as a subject matter expert to drive proactive changes in your account base, to maximize both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction
Liaise with client facing teams around the world to support growth of accounts with a global footprint
Conduct Business Reviews
Share best business practices with clients
identify potential opportunities and follow through with existing partners
Act as one-stop-shop for existing partners, providing day to day support and expert guidance to keep programs running smoothly
No suspension in the last 6 months
No active CAP written warning on file
No attendance issues (no active written warning on file) and zero instance of No Call/No Show
Must have a performance rating of at least 2.0/Successful in the most recent performance review
Must have at least 1 year tenure in his/her current role (if applicant is from a different department) or at least 6 months tenure if coming from the same department/LOB
