Duties and Responsibilities
1. Finding new account/potential account negotiate with them to lower the amount of listing fee.
2. Help distributor agents open and develop retail account in area
3. Regular store visit and implement sales growth per store
4. Assist the Distributors Agent to make Purchase Order.
5. Work with the Distributor Sales Agent to input more SKUs in the store to increase more sales.
6. Checking and Monitoring of Inventory per Warehouse. Submitting warehouse inventory reports
7. Validating Bad Order per distributor
8. Stocks replenishment and clearing any unwanted products from the displays.
9. Coordinate with merchandisers, manage merchandising of supermarkets in the area
10. Replenishment of stocks and order taking
11. Booking Purchase Order from Store Supervisors or Managers
12. Monitoring of sales performance and identify any losses or stock wastage.
13. Submit inventory, BO, offtake reports of retail stores to BDA
14. Working with Suppliers and Distributors to negotiate prices and order large volumes
15. Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers.
16. Reviewing customers feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal tock demands
17. Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized
18. Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress
19. Check pricing of each retail account
20. Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends
