What the heck is an Account Coordinator?
A proactive communicator. A masterful juggler of projects. In a nutshell, an Account Coordinator is a bridge that connects the design team and the clients through the power of project management, organizational techniques, and superior communication
Job Specific Responsibilities:
Lead All Client Communication
Internal Communication with both PM and PC
Act as a Representative for Client Calls (When Asked)
Maintain Client Partnership Relationships
Concierge-Level Service
Work Closely with PM to Share Feedback About the Quality of Work Shared by Client
General Responsibilities:
Maintain open communication/dialogue with your team members
Follow the daily tasks and be on top of emails, calls, and timelines
Follow the structure and processes of daily tools - Jira, Harvest, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, DocuSign
Be the superstar of client correspondence and internal communication
Work from the supervisors' feedback
Maintain a clean and functional workstation
Practice critical thinking and problem-solving
Acknowledge updates and announcements
Notify superior of time-off requests or emergencies in a timely manner
Comply with all company protocols and procedures
Notify executive staff of any issues and/or more efficient ways to accomplish tasks, as well as suggesting tasks that may complement current tasks
Proactive in the workplace and implement new processes to increase productivity
Prepare work to be processed by the Executive Team
Disseminate required information to the team members as instructed
Responsible for solving client issues and making practical decisions to ensure company and client satisfaction
Work closely with the Project Managers to drive the quality of work and excellent customer service
