Job Description: Documentation  Ensure completeness of records by verifying if properly filled up prior acceptance of transaction for record/system updating. Coordinate with concerned function whenever necessary.  Ensure timely and accurate documentation of inventory transactions.  Maintain appropriate filing system and archiving compliant to ISO and company requirement  Monitor the day to day documented transactions of the assigned Client such as incoming, outgoing and material relocations for system updating  Reporting of Old and Slow product  Prepare billing of account handled  Perform other relevant task that may be assigned from time to time by Superiors. Inventory Management  Ensure timely and accurate updating of inventory record in WMS. (Optimum use of EDI Cargo WISE 1 system)  Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records  Ensure timely and accurate submission of necessary reports to internal and external Customers  Monitor the physical count schedule of the handled Client if conducted and completed on time (Base on the Quarterly Physical Count KPI).Provide physical count sheets every scheduled physical count  Closely work with Operations and Account Officer Supervisor on the completion and closure of physical count inventory reconciliation within the agreed timeline, maintain sign off documents and report to immediate Superior.  Coordinate to the concerned functions to immediately address and resolve inventory and/or record count discrepancies as they arise  To assist Inventory stock take count. Basic Customer Service  Provide any assistance essential to attend to customer's concerns/queries and promote interactions with the handled Client; lead the Client to the concerned function if necessary.  Coordinate with Operations Team, KAO and other concerned functions regarding Client advice and ensure the request is being handled promptly and accurately.  Verify accuracy of information on incoming and outgoing advice, and proactively coordinate with client for any clarification to ensure meeting their requirement. Others  Account Coordinator send Email rework Activity  To send Updated Excel file of all item with leak  Filling date/Expiry date will be the basis for rework  Identification of Products from list that can be transfer to Good for sale, re-workable and for disposal(define parameters for disposal)  Schedule of rework activity:  Account Coordinator will send email to chevron team list needed on rework activity;(Qty &list of cartons, labels, empty drums, packaging tape-chevron ,rags)  Keep self- updated on the internal policies, procedures, safety practices and other quality related programs (5's, GMP, HACCP, ISO) and system's implementations.  Back-up to co- account coordinator whenever necessary.  Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Superiors
