Account Coordinator (Janitorial Manpower Services)
- S O U T H AREA (MAKATI, TAGUIG AND CALABARZON)
Job Description:
1) Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested
2) Coordinate special events in support of client
3) Assist with the coordination and scheduling of housekeeping.
4) Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests
5) Relay to Recruitment team all manpower requirements requested by client company
6) Assist to follow-up employee's performance evaluation (re-contract, absorbed,)
7) Attend office day as scheduled by the clients
8) Visit client's branches and take note of all employee's inquiries and concerns
9) Assist on disseminating notices, updated info's and others alike to all handled employees
10) Give copies of pay slips (hard copies) to employees during site visit
11) Pick up, collate and check employee's DTRs for handled clients
12) Visit areas and do spot checking
13) Submit weekly and monthly report to Key Account Manager
14) Performs other task that may be deemed necessary from time to time.
