Description
Main Responsibility:
1. Responsible in Updating Daily Performance Monitoring Report thru data generated from Daily Production Report and accompanying system generated reports and observe timely submission to Manila Office and Local Management respectively.
2. Ensures for the Accuracy of the data reflected in the acceptable withdrawal documents for commodity load outs when variances occur communicate with responsible person prior to issuance of billing statement.
3. Responsible for the Timely issuance of Billing Statement to Local customer for commodity load outs and communicate the same in accordance to customer's billing communication preference.
4. Ensures that Payment received from customers coincide with the Billing Statement issued and politely communicate with customers when variances occur for easy and smooth settlement.
5. Responsible in the Issuance of payment slip for check payment physically received and secure validated deposit slip for on line payment received.
6. Responsible in the Preparation of Daily Cash Ledgers in coordination with the Plant Cashier to accurately validate cash balances for precise Fund Request forecasting.
7. Responsible in Monitoring of On-going projects thru excel template and coordinate the same with the Project Engineer for any queries to be settled prior to Closing in the Inventory Control System (ICS).
8. Responsible in the printing of Project Accomplishment Report generated from Inventory Control System (ICS) once project is already closed and secure signatures of respective parties involved and file the same for future reference.
9. Responsible in relieving accounting assistant in charge of commodity load out (CP8, RBD, CNO) in her absence.
Must observe and follow the company's Code of Conduct as well as safety and proper housekeeping in her respective work area.
