Lead Interface to Biz and other External Groups and reports the project progress under AEPM. Manage Flagship Programs, e.g. managing dependencies and solutions, arresting issues BEFORE becoming a big call-out 1. Drive and track the build and ensure that Engineering Solutions are implemented as per MDB. 2. Ensure smooth hand-off from Planning to Engineering by understanding the strategy before coming up with a solution with the domains. 3. Lead Interface to Biz and other External Groups and reports the project progress under AEPM. He will bring in the Domain Support if the topic needs a more in-depth explanation of the subject. 4. Responsible for MDB Analytics and calling out an aging endorsement with PMO to debottleneck whatever is hampering the execution, especially if AEPM related. 5. Mini PMO role responsible for tracking and monitoring the E2E solutions and milestones of the solution, e.g. manage inter-dependencies like PR not moving due to FBA, Facilities Assessment is not moving due to RFE, PR not yet processed by REPM despite the presence of BoQ, etc. 6. Keeps a common dashboard that should serve as the single source of truth for AEPM, stitching solutions, and execution timeline and status across all domains including updates from PMO. Ensures that everyone in AEPM has access to the same simple dashboard. 7. Responsible for Contract Management and ensure that AEPM requirements and interests are covered by the Contract and aligned with the solution, e.g. 5G Contract 8. Formulates and institute Internal Processes and drive alignment of External Process across domains. Ensure that the processes in place are with bias to speed and execution while managing the risks. 9. Manage the Transport Solutioning for Access Solutions in cross-collaboration with TND and IMP-TFP 10. Manage Flagship Programs, e.g. managing dependencies and solutions, arresting issues BEFORE becoming a big call-out 11. Resolve conflicts of AEPM with External Parties, e.g. hears both sides, especially the external party, to assess the situation and try to come up with a fair and reasonable solution.
