Job Description Undertand and generate network insights that will aid Globne in the decision making and strategy on access engineering Perform analysis and correlation of multiple data from different sources (Ookla, Facebook, OSS KPI, Radcom, Discovery) Conduct comprehensive competitive view on network performance and experience Perform forecasting of performance with progressive builds. This also includes forecasting future capacity demand and ensure initiatives are aligned with the network priority build both new sites and upgrades. Engage with business groups to drive device play initiatives and micro-markets works to improve customer experience through targeted strategy Develop metrics/methodology to correlate impact of network optimization, build and initiatives on customer experience. Lead broadband insights to generate actionable insights. Any other ad-hoc analysis as required. Drives network and customer insights across platforms for a complete understanding of the latest trends to build an excellent network and help predict future network deployments. The insights can come from Simplify technical complexities and present the insights and findings on the most crucial issues in a clear and straightforward manner not only to NTG but to non-technical senior management outside NTG. Use statistics, data mining, machine learning, and deep learning techniques working with EDO to deliver data-driven insights for the data resources within the technical network and business-related information. Work within and outside AEPM team to understand their challenges and create solutions Stay on top of trends in AI and machine learning. Perform RAN analytics to gain insights that inform, quantify, and enable the visualization of data to drive technical and business decisions and investment for the Globe in Wireless RAN Networks. Picks the right problems that have the most value to the organization and not just any problem. Inquisitive and can stare at data and spot trends. Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources Maintain and manage advance analytics database. Help conduct periodic data QA with DB administrator. Works with technical and nontechnical customers to design experiments and communicate statistical results Escalates and highlights anticipated service quality (or network quality) issues to the concerned support groups based on analytics Sifts through all incoming data with the goal of discovering a previously hidden insight, which in turn can provide a competitive advantage or address a pressing business problem. Does not simply collect and report on data, but also looks at it from many angles, determines what it means, then recommends ways to apply the data.
