Ensures that Master Rosters /Master lists, Hyper Quality, Active Hierarchy, HR Audit, and other similar files specific to each LOB are properly maintained
Attends project calls for new programs from planning to launch, to ensure that all needs and requirements of clients pertaining ID and access management for their respective LOB tools are met and delivered
Ensure users do not encounter issues with their logon IDs and tools. Performs basic troubleshooting and/or escalates tool and logon issues when necessary
Liaises with clients to ensure new (hire) IDs are delivered based on the projected timeline
Oversees and facilitates password resets for client tools based on requests from operations/affected stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must be amenable to work on site
- Must have intermediate to advance ms excel skills
- At least 1-2 yrs experience in the BPO industry
