Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote health and discuss treatment of patients Carry out requisite treatments and medications Provide instant care and first aid during medical emergencies, like accidents, burns, and heart attacks Ensure that patients are properly attended to and medical concerns are promptly addressed Maintain records of patient's medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition Make a monthly inventory of medicines and equipment Ensure that there is an adequate stock of basic medicines and that all medical equipment are functioning properly Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment Provide necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention Educate patients and other interested parties about their disease and its treatment, including health promotion and education activities such as lectures and lay forums Prepare reports as may be required by relevant authorities Ensure the timely completion of assigned projects; performs all related duties Performs job expectations as per set productivity standards. Performs responsibilities identified in the QSS Manual. Adheres to approved operating policies and procedures. Ensures that activities and programs proposed are cost-efficient. Adheres to the established Zero Harm policy of the academy. Submits incident reports on accidents / incidents that occurs occur during the delivery of courses / programs / activities. Implements and participates the academy's plans and programs for resource conservation and pollution prevention. Report any risk observed in the respective area. Prepare policies and procedures of clinic Adheres to the approved plans and programs in mitigating and lessening risks. Attends regularly to department and organizational meetings, as required. Participates to community extension activities initiated by the Academy, as required. Escalates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate action.
