About the role
Winning English Alternative School Incorporated is seeking an experienced Academic Trainer ESL to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to our diverse student population, with a focus on vocational and technical education.

Developing and delivering engaging English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons and curricula to meet the needs of our students
Assessing student progress and providing personalized feedback to support their language learning goals
Collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve our ESL programme and teaching methods
Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and industry trends
Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language, preferably in a vocational or technical education setting
Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
TEFL, TESOL, or other ESL-specific certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds
Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
