We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Academic Head to lead and oversee the academic operations of our institution. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective implementation of educational programs, faculty support, and student success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus)
At least 1 year of experience in academic leadership, administration, or teaching
Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and educational policies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to guide and support faculty in achieving academic excellence
Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance with educational standards
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and execution of academic programs and curricula
Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements
Support and supervise faculty in instructional methods and professional development
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement
Develop and enforce academic policies and guidelines
Work with school leadership to enhance overall academic quality and institutional growth
Maintain a positive learning environment that fosters student success
Manage academic schedules, faculty workloads, and resource allocation
