ACADEMIC DIRECTOR
 
Qualifications :
With at least three (3) years related experience in ESL instruction/ curriculum development/ management and/or supervisory
Able to manage and update academic programs to meet curriculum goals.
Able to continuously improve operational systems, processes, and policies
With excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable in TESOL training (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth implementation of different curriculum
Supervise and mentor teachers, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance and support to improve teaching quality
Organize and conduct training sessions for new and existing teachers to enhance their teaching skills and keep them updated on best practices in ESL.
Monitor student progress, implement assessment tools, and analyze data to track student performance and make data-driven decisions to improve learning outcomes.
Manage administrative tasks such as coordinating events, and liaising with other departments within the academy.
