Achieve Test Prep is seeking an Online Academic Advisor to join our team of friendly and positive professionals. This position requires someone who can provide high-level customer service while positively representing our brand.

Requirements

-Must be able to write and speak fluent English
-High School / Secondary Diploma (or relevant experience)
-Location: Home-based outside USA
-Full-time fixed schedule within the hours of: Monday-Friday 8 am - 9 pm EST & Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 5 pm EST
-Answering incoming calls from customers with questions regarding course registrations, course details, exam concerns and other academic inquiries
-Making outbound calls to customers to handle program educational plan, transcript submissions, orientation completion, program changes concerns, etc
-Receiving and assisting customers complaints and escalating to proper channels as needed
-Handling sensitive customer information and updating customer's accounts
-Checking tickets, voicemails and emails within 24-48 business hours
-Providing timely feedback to the company/customers regarding service failures or customer's concerns
-Excellent customer service skills
-Dialer experience and multitasking skills are a plus
