ACADEMIC ADVISING ENGLISH TEACHER
[ 120 Php - per hour ]
 
a. Full-Time Worker ;
8 hours a day / 5 days a week ( Mon - Fri )
Overtime is around 20 - 30 hours a month depending.
Sat & Sun is 30% up for full-time workers.
b. Full-Time Allowance ;
Probationary Term (1 - 3 months depending)
Base of Salary 16,000 Php -
Full Attendance Incentive 1,000 Php
DTMC Team Allowance 1,000 Php
Advising work Allowance 1,000 Php
Regular Term ( After Probationary Term )
Base of Salary 18,000 Php -
Full Attendance Incentive 2,000 Php / monthly
DTMC Team Allowance 1,000 Php / monthly
Advising work Allowance 1,000 Php / monthly
Regular period is with Government benefits.
c. Part-Time worker ;
4 hours a day at least
Depend on your weekly shifting
d. Part-Time Allowance ;
Base on Salary: 100 Php / Per hour
Full Attendance Incentive: 10 Php add per attendance hour.
DTMC Team Allowance: 5 Php add per attendance hour.
Advising work Allowance: 5 Php add per attendance hour.
e. Main Tasks;
English Teaching base on site.
Join the Developing Teaching Material & Curriculum Team. ( DTMC Team )
Management / Consulting for Students
Academic Documentation Process.
f. Qualification ;
College or University graduates. ( You have to submit your diploma with resume )
Admin experience in ESL school / Any School is a plus. (You have to submit your referral letter from your previous school.)
Development curriculum/materials experience is a plus.
If you have below certificate is a plus
TESDA TM Certificate (Should be submitted with resume)
