Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international financial technology software company that uses a modern cloud-core banking system.
Job Summary:Our respected client is seeking an experienced professional for the job of QA Engineer who has strong knowledge in banking processes, such as processing of loans, remittances, and disbursements, among many others, and someone willing to pursue a career in quality assurance. You will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing. The office is located in Taguig City, but the job is offered in a Permanent Work-From-Home setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating test scenarios and documenting them in code
Performing function tests - both manual and automatic ones
Keeping tests up to date
Participating in software implementation processes (cooperating with developers, product owners, and other Q&A members)
Key Expectations:
2-3 years of professional banking experience [strong knowledge of banking processes]
Background in QA is an advantage, but candidates with no experience in QA are still welcome to apply.
Technology Awareness
Ability to work independently and look for information.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced level of English

Salary Budget: PHP 40,000.00 - PHP 60,000.00
