3D VISUALIZER
 
Role:
 
Creates visual models or a clear digital representation of physical objects or structures in accordance to the clients outlined specification.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create 3D designs from 2D floor plans
Import 3D designs into rendering programs
Add objects as necessary to complete the design or specifications
Edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design
Add maps and textures and manipulate same to achieve desired results
Create and direct and ambient lightning
Create camera views per clients' instructions or as per best practices
Set up renderer settings and render camera views
Export rendered views to photoshop for further enhancement
Record contemporaneous time keeping of all activities
Complete interim files for client as per schedule
Collaborate with team and client throughout the process
Maintain texture and map and objects files
Create 2D and 3D obect files. Ie: furniture, profiles
Creates clarification screenshots to be sent by the production administrator to the client.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:
 
REQUIRED:
4 Years course related to 3D Animation / Rendering Vocational Course related to 3D Animation / Rendering
ADVANTAGE:
Graduate of Architecture, Fine Arts, Architectural Drafting, IT major in Multimedia
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1-2 years experience in 3D rendering
ADVANTAGE:
3-5 Years experience in Interior and Exterior Architectural Design and rendering
LICENSE ADVANTAGE:
Licensed Architect, TESDA Certified Short Courses / CERTIFICATION
COMPETENCY KNOWLEDGE
Basic knowledge in residential and commercial design
3Ds Max / Maya / Autodesk Revit / Rhino,
Autocad,
Photoshop
SKILLS:
Reading 2D and 3D Plans
Basic Autocad Skills
Intermediary 3D rendering skills
Intermediary Photoshop skills
Analytical and Problem Solving
Planning and Organizing
Extensive Portfolio for review
