Roles and Responsibilities
The 3D Visualizer is expected to construct 3D Visualizer Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation as well as participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers.
The other responsibilities of the 3D Visualizer are to assist interior designers, architects, and graphic designers in space planning and design details; apply textures and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models; create 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, and real-life objects using a special rendering software; enhance images and add special effects creatively; create 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields; deliver Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
Required Experience
- With 3-5 years of related work experience
- 3ds Max experience
- Photoshop post-production experience
- Architectural/ Interior Design 3D Visualisation experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture or Graphic Designing
- Advanced rendering and animation background
- REVIT Rendering (with built-in renderer or V-ray) background
- Lumion and/or Enscape real-time rendering background
- Presentation and marketing material production working knowledge
A Successful Candidate must have
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
Proficient with
- Lumion
- Revit
