About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of 3D Modelers to achieve specific goals and drive performance. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, coaching, support, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential.
To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive attitude towards work and results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, including coaching and efficiency of order distribution.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals, monthly KPIS and achieve incentives for the team.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets, able to identify opportunities and course correcting them.
Providing a holistic approach in coaching and development for the team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Team Leader Requirements:
College Diploma or at least 1 year in college, studying BS Architecture, Engineering or extensive experience in design
Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position or capacity
Excellent communication skills
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
Computer literate has knowledge of G-suite
Knowledge in Sketch Up, 3D Rendering, and the likes is preferred but not a requirement
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction, flexible and can work under minimal supervision
