What are we looking for:
We are searching for a passionate 3D Modeller QA with a fine eye for details, looking to make full use of their creative talents, whilst playing an integral role in the company.
In this role, you will ensure that the 3D Assets to the platform meet the requirements and quality standards by carefully reviewing them. The 3D Modeller QA/ Feedback Masters are representatives of 3D Creators for the users of the clients' platform (3D Artist). As the face of the client's company, you will assist and guide our 3D Artists to help them succeed.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Review 3D assets uploaded to the platform using the Creators 3D viewer by carefully comparing them with the provided references, brief, and requirements
When requirements and/or quality standards are not met, you will guide the artists regarding what corrections need to be made to meet the requirements outlined in the job brief
Answer artists' inquiries and help to solve them
Optimize assets inside our platform with the different viewer tools such as lighting setups, reducing texture size, and reducing polycount
About You:
Core qualifications:
Experience using 3D software such as Maya, Blender, 3D Max, or Substance Painter.
With experience or knowledge with the 3D Design QA is an advantage
Must demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, texturing, and rendering
Should have an eye for perspective, color, and lighting
Good sense of form, shape, silhouette, scale, and materials
Proficiency in English both written and spoken
Strong empathy for artists and desire to assist others
Ability to communicate ideas through using images, diagrams, and words
Solid team player
