Position Tile: 3D Modeler
Salary: 40,000-55,000 a month
Reports To: Accounts Manager, Clients
Primary Relationships: Client Staff
Date: August 2022
Schedule: AUS business Hours
Responsibilities:
3D Modeling
Shop Drawings
Fabrication Drawings
Read and interpret plans
Design & Inspire
Requirements:
Autocad 2D
Revit, ArchiCAD or Tekla
Construction and the built environment
Commercial façades
Residential Construction
A minimum of 4 years experience as a drafter, specifically experienced in Revit.
Experience and knowledge of additional packages such as AutoCAD and Inventor would be beneficial.
Experience/exposure to design of single and two-story residential homes
Knowledge of Australian drafting standards and ability to work within a range of differing Client set standards are preferred but not essential
Experience in the production of drawings for large and small-scale housing projects
Capability to work in a team
Proven verbal and writing skills along with strong computer literacy are essential
Be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
