Position Title: 3D Modeler / Draftsman
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 40,000 - 45,000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client

Schedule: Must feel comfortable working U.S. business hours (graveyard shift)
Background:
We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeler / Draftsman to work for our client. You must prioritize workflows and identify the right order in which to complete tasks. When you work as a Modeler / Draftsman you'll often have several simultaneous items that need your attention and it will be up to you to get everything done on time.
Main Roles:
● Take rough conceptual designs.
● Create models in Solid works for review.
● Modify models as needed.
● Run thermal, air flow and lighting simulations.
● Create photo realistic 3D renderings and animations
Responsibilities:
● Understanding the scope requirements for each project
● Review project plans and specifications
Requirements:
● Self-motivated with excellent English communication skills
● Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
● Interest and experience in outdoor living and landscapes
● Experience in low voltage electrical, lighting, or audio
● Highly technical, efficient, create, and organized
● Experience using Illustrator and Photoshop
● Experience using AutoCAD and Bluebeam
● Experience using Solid works
● 3D & photo realistic renderings
