Description
Primary responsibility is to design and build 3D models for retail joineries based on the specifications of the client.
• A graduate of Bachelor of Architecture or any related course
• Experience in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and other 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Revit, Vray, etc.) is required
• Background in Microvellum and CNC is a plus
• At least 3 years of architecture designing experience
• Ability to thoroughly examine and interpret architectural intent from commercial / retail / construction drawings, specifications, and supplemental documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently to work on multiple projects simultaneously meeting key dates while keeping the highest level of quality
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "team player"
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Positive and happy attitude
• Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent time management skills
• Intermediate or advanced level of skills in Microsoft Applications and a good typing speed
• Can work with less supervision
• Call Centre or Australian BPO experience is a plus
