WHAT IS A VOICE RELAY/CAPTIONING CSR?
Responsible for providing quick and accurate captions for telephone conversations of Captioned Telephone clients using voice recognition applications. Relay services to individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty speaking.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION:
• At least High School graduate
• At least 2 years of BPO/Call Center Experience
• Good listener: Able to listen and repeat what is being heard at the same time
• With crisp, clear speech
• Clear enunciation and word endings
• Can speak in a monotone manner
• Wide vocabulary
• Very patient
• Willing to work in Makati City
