Qualifications:
Strong customer service orientation
Well versed in North American Accent
Phone speaking neutral accent is preferred
Sales skills (preferred, not required)
Experience in case management / account management (preferred, not required)
Experience in roles within Travel / hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
