Managers in this role get to:
Enable and Guide: All organization capability programs for Team Managers and above should have excellent facilitation and process transformation services knowledge. Deliver training programs: In virtual or brick and mortar classrooms.
Follow-up: On post-delivery expectations to closure of certification.
Monitor progress: Have regular touchpoints with participants during the training phase.
Be the point of contact: Identify operations expectations for their business / programs.
Empower the workforce: Improve the performance of the participants attending the training programs.
Impact the bottom line: Maintain training data for the department accurately and timely.
Give feedback: Provide inputs to the training curriculum to make it effective and efficient.
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Strong understanding of process transformation services (SL, Quality, Voice / Data metrics, etc)
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with Team Managers; work as a team-player
Ability to efficiently manage time and to be able to effectively track training criteria (attendance, test scores, etc.
Strong analytical skills
A high school diploma with a 3-year degree in any discipline
A minimum of 6 years in the process transformation services industry off which 4 years in training
A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role and/or exposure to leadership training
