As a Business Controller, you will oversee the accuracy of revenue and cost details to boost efficiency gains cost saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, service taxes, indirect taxes, and other standards specific to a given program
Set the path to success by boosting performance thru implementing incentive policies and programs
Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members by understanding their needs, resolving issues and meeting expectations
Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
Perform variance analysis
Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, staffing and resources
Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful reports and analytics
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Finished a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/ or any Business-related field
At least 7-8 years of working experience in managing Financial Analysis, Business Finance and/or Financial Accounting; Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers but not required
Knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Ability to work with members of senior management
Can take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
Able to work at a flexible schedule _US timing
