Managers in this role get to:

Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Earned a bachelor's Degree in any field preferred but not required.
At least 6 years of work experience in the same industry (with 2-3yrs of management experience)
Must have experience handling accounts under (Customer Service/Travel/Telecommunications/Retail/Technical)
Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Must be willing to report on a graveyard/shifting schedule
Preferred with experience handling outbound sales managing 100+ people with proven track record.
Should be able to manage and motivate teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
