Job Description
GENERAL ACCOUNTANT Prepare invoices for suppliers and prepare summary of weekly listing of invoices for payment. Prepare and timely submission of financial reports to the CEO Point of contact for accounts payable and PO processing. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. Perform full accounting cycle as well as stages of the accounting work including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Perform Business Tax Compliance Engagements specifics Preparation and filing of Philippine tax returns and its related supplementary reports PAYROLL AND BENEFITS Prepare and ensure accuracy of end to end payroll processes and final pay computations for all resigned / separated employees Preparation of semi-monthly payroll budget preparation - Cost to Company Maintain and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports Reconcile payroll data and records in a timely manner Record payroll transactions in the books or accounts Respond to employee's inquiries on payroll issues and concerns Perform e-BIR registration for company compliance (BIR 1902, 1905, 2305) Assess recommend improvements on current procedures Process member information updates (SSS / Phil Health / HDMF) Process employee loan disputes with SSS and HDMF Prepare PhilHealth documents (COC, CF1, and MDR) on a per-request basis Prepare, review and audit for HMO billings
Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Timekeeping and payroll system is a must
Experience in book-keeping is required
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and taxation
Candidate must be adept in Philippine Payroll compliance
Strong knowledge in Philhealth (PHIC), SSS, Pag-IBIG compliance and reportorial requirements
In-depth understanding in Philippine tax laws, rules and regulation
With at least 2 years experience as payroll officer in BPO industry
Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT)
Excellent communication skills
High analytical skills
Must be an accounting graduate and CPA
Compensation
