While we understand that newly graduates still lack work experience, Northstar will help them acquire the competency we need for them to perform the tasks. After passing our recruitment process, the 'new employee' will undergo first a 6-month training period with compensation. The training module will cover Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Applications Engineering before assuming full-time responsibility as Associate Engineer.
