He/she should provide recommendations and suggestions on how to improve and develop the learning materials following Quipper guidelines. They must be committed, flexible to changes, able to adapt to different students' level,s and to keep up with a fast-paced production. Requirements Must-haves Extensive knowledge and teaching experience in one or more of the following: Early Childhood Education (General education subject) Preschool to Kinder Primary Grades (General education subject) Grade 1 to 3 Math Math 4 to 10 SHS General Math SHS Statistics and Probability English English 4 to 10 SHS Oral Communication SHS Reading and Writing SHS 21st Century Literature from the Philippines and the World Filipino Filipino 4 to 10 SHS Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Pilipino SHS Pagbasa at Pagsusuri ng Iba't-Ibang Teksto Tungo sa Pananaliksik Science Science 4 to 12 Elementary Science Physics Geology/Earth Science Biology Chemistry SHS Earth and Life Science SHS Physical Science Araling Panlipunan Araling Panlipunan 4 to 10 ABM strand Business Math Business Finance Business Ethics and Social Responsibility Principles of Marketing Foundations of Accountancy, Business, and Management 1 & 2 Excellent work ethics, flexibility, English communication, and time management skills Stable internet connection Good-to-have At least 5 years of experience in editing educational contents (e-learning, textbook, workbook, reference book) for Grades 4 to Grade 10, Senior High School and/or College At least 10 years of teaching experience (classroom, review center, and/or other informal teaching set-ups) Nice-to-have Experience using Content Management System or Learning Management System. Education Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Instructional Design or Education majors closely related to the subject the candidate applied for Graduate of Masters or Doctorate Degree is an advantage but not required Work arrangement Freelance Output-based Flexitime WFH set-up Project-based contract Communication and file sharing through email, chat, SMS, and calls, with meetings and training at the office when required.
