A Japanese company engaged in the manufacturing of connectors is currently in need of dynamic and hardworking individual who possesses the following qualifications for our BUSINESS EXPANSION.
Job Description
- Investigates and attends to claims from customers and monitor results
- Generates the 8D Report (customer claims) and monitor and follow up the corrective and preventive actions stated in the 8D.
- Generates quality documents such as Quality Inspection Result (QIR), Visual Inspection Instruction (VII) and other documents pertaining to quality judgment.
- Verifies/make disposition on process reject information.
- Attend to quality/line issues raised by production leaders.
- Handles NG Reference and Change Management application form.
- Conducts training on quality inspection.
- Control of Dummy Sample
- Verify evaluation from New Product Department for new/transferred items/machine
- Conducts Internal Quality Audit / Supplier Audit / QA Patrol
- Initiates, recommends or provides solutions to problem detected.
- Quality System improvement / ISO Champion
Job Qualifications
• Graduate BS Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering Course
• With minimum 6 months related experience in Manufacturing set-up
• With background on Basic Core Tools
• Knowledgeable in making 8D Report, Quality Inspection Result, Visual Inspection Instruction, and other documents pertaining to quality judgment
• Can conduct QA Inspector's Training
• With strong communication and leadership skills
• Can work under pressure / multitask
• Can work with minimum supervision
