Job Description:
We are a rapidly growing recruiting firm and are looking for a motivated, experienced 180 Recruiter. We place consultants and perm employees and our client base has exploded!! As a 180 recruiter, you would oversee building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job orders within the IT service industry. This role will be doing initial screening, shortlisting, booking interviews, and candidate calls.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with new and existing candidates, all the while adhering to the companys standard metrics and KPIs. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and exceptional familiarity in several high-level requisites within the IT service industry.
-Support senior recruiters based in the US by following the recruitment process with the responsibility to providing software professionals for the needs of our US based fortune 100 clients.
-Responsible for handling the entire sourcing cycle and assisting in the recruiting cycle when needed.
-Responsible for searching, identifying and qualifying all potential candidates through screening calls, screening candidates for essential functions, duties, their work history, their technical skills, salary requirements.
-Constantly build and maintain a pipeline and database of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands.
-Previous US experience beneficial.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
-Need ability to work US EST or CST hours - some flexibility is available.
-Have experience handling multiple requirements / technology skills sets simultaneously.
-3+ years of Technical / Technology recruiting or sourcing experience in screening. Candidates for W2, contract to hire and contract positions for US based companies.
-Have ability to understand technical / IT skills and latest technology terms in the industry (application developers. Front end developers , backend API developers, Devops, cloud, ERP, windows, Linux, Project managers, Business analysts, Data warehousing, Data engineers , database , server engineers etc etc).
-Experience working with various tax terms like C2C, W2 and 1099. Understanding of different kinds of Visas (H1B, TN visas).
-Familiarity with different Job boards, job posting, and social networking sites like Linkedin.
-Good interpersonal skills , maturity and sound judgment to identify the right candidate.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Team player who takes initiatives and is self-directed and highly motivated.
-5 years overall recruitment experience.
-Excellent candidate management skills with ability to sell positions effectively.
